Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled online. Contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We recommend emailing us first at info@bellajoancreations.com. Our automated processes fill orders in less than 24 hours, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.

How long will it take for shipping?

We are as excited as you are about your purchase. Your merchandise will be processed within 2 business days from your order date via standard shipping through UPS/Canada Post. For orders in the U.S. and Canada, you will receive your merchandise in 5-8 business days. For international orders, allow 7-12 days for delivery.

 

Note: Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods (i.e. holidays, sales promotions etc…) **Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Canadian National Statutory and BC Provincial Holidays.

Where is my order? How to check the delivery status of my order?

We will notify you via email as soon as your order has been shipped to you along with a tracking number for you to reference.

For orders in the U.S. and Canada, you will receive your merchandise in 5-8 business days. For international orders, allow 7-12 days for delivery.

Lost orders are just the worst! Don’t worry, we won’t leave you hanging.

Because tracking scan delays have become more frequent since COVID began, our fulfillment center has required we wait 20 days without a tracking update (30 days for international shipping) before we are able to file a ‘lost in transit’ claim. Thankfully, this is due to how often packages suddenly resurface.

If your order has gone 20 or more days without a tracking update (30 days for international shipping), please reach out to us at info@bellajoancreations.com with your order number, and we'd be happy to help get a claim filed and a replacement order shipped!

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it: Don't panic! This can happen more than you'd expect, for a handful of reasons.

Here are a few things you can check: Delivery scans can update before the package actually arrives at the final destination (spooky, we know). We ask that you allow 2-3 days for it to arrive late. 

Should you feel comfortable, we'd also suggest checking with your neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered. This can happen often as well.

We also suggest that you check your confirmation email that the address entered at checkout was correct. 

And lastly, it's also worth reaching out to your local post office (or whomever shipped your order) as they would have the most recent update on your shipment.

Nonetheless, if your order does not arrive within 2-3 days and you have no luck with your neighbors, please reach out to our support team at info@bellajoancreations.com We’d love to lend a hand.
